OC: Snowflake

I've had this guy for a reallllly long time and kind of can't believe I haven't made him a new ref before now!
ANY EXCUSE TO DRAW NOT-A-DOGS, I SAY. ANY EXCUSE! 


He's the consort and cohort to one of my other red panda characters, Shangri-La.
They rule the kunlun mountains and a secret animal sanctuary there thats hidden by the mists. 
While shang is king and is super serious and strict, snow is bubbly and happy and goofy most of the time-
He works as a cleric and midwife to the animals of their kingdom though, so he's not always a spazz. B)
Shangri-La needs a new ref and will prolly get one of his own soon, hehe.


I 100% acknowledge that most of the details and backstory I make up for my characters make little sense but shh



i had his original designer written down but that credits file was lost during my computer wipe a few months back, so if anyone recognizes him, let me know so i can properly credit ;v;
